Code of Conduct for the #WeAreInternational Awards 2026

UKCISA is committed to fostering an inclusive community where everyone feels valued and encouraged to participate in open dialogue. We strive to ensure that all our conferences and networking opportunities are free from harassment, regardless of factors such as gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, or religion.

We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff to adhere to our code of conduct, whether they're joining us in person or online. Harassment of any form will not be tolerated, and individuals found violating these guidelines may face expulsion from the event at the discretion of the organisers.

Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive comments, deliberate misgendering, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome sexual attention, and inappropriate physical contact. Anyone asked to cease harassing behaviour is expected to comply immediately. Failure to do so may result in further action, including expulsion from the event without refund.

We encourage anyone experiencing or witnessing harassment to report it promptly to UKCISA staff, who can be identified throughout the event or contacted via email to awards@ukcisa.org.uk. We take all reports seriously and will handle them with care and confidentiality, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
